4. Orders & Payments

6. Service Scope & Customer Responsibilities

The scope of any service provided by FixPK will be based on the requirements agreed with the customer and, where applicable, the confirmed quotation, proposal or work order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the site, project, required work, existing conditions and any other relevant requirements.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the site and ensure that necessary permissions, approvals, utilities and other site-related arrangements are available where required for the agreed work.

Additional work, materials or changes requested by the customer after confirmation of the original scope may require additional charges and may affect the agreed timeline.

FixPK may recommend changes to the proposed work where site conditions, technical requirements, safety considerations or material availability make such changes reasonably necessary.

Where delays, additional costs or limitations result from inaccurate information, restricted site access, customer-requested changes, third-party delays or circumstances outside FixPK’s reasonable control, the applicable scope, cost or timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

7. Third-Party Products & Service Providers

FixPK may work with manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, vendors, contractors, technicians, service professionals and other third-party businesses to source products or coordinate services where required.

Where a product or service is provided, supplied, installed or supported by a third party, the applicable third-party terms, warranties, specifications and service conditions may also apply.

FixPK will make reasonable efforts to work with suitable third-party providers; however, we do not guarantee the availability, performance, conduct, delivery, workmanship or continued operation of any third-party provider, except where expressly agreed in writing or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Where FixPK acts as a coordinator, intermediary or sourcing partner, our role and responsibilities will be limited to the scope expressly agreed with the customer.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage or issues resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper handling, normal wear and tear, external factors, third-party work, or circumstances outside the agreed scope, subject to applicable law and the relevant warranty terms.

FixPK reserves the right to assess reported defects or service issues before determining the appropriate course of action.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

A customer may request cancellation of an order or service; however, cancellation may not be possible once procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, customization or other work has commenced.
